Delivery Information for tile quantities requiring pallets
Our fast and secure delivery service is available across the UK. Orders requiring pallets are usually delivered within 4 working days, although you can request Next Day Delivery Please check with us first and we will advise you of the extra cost if this service is available for your area.
Most deliveries take place between 9.00 and 18.00;
Usually, deliveries come on large vehicles with tail-lift (and pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us about any restricted areas. Your order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property.
Note: we recommend that you do not arrange any trades operatives/installers etc to be on-site ‘ready and waiting’ to start work until you have taken your delivery and checked it to make sure your work can commence. The exception to this would be if the trades operatives/installers etc are also going to be taking delivery and checking your order.
It's preferable for someone to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery unless otherwise specified by you; if this is not possible then clear delivery instructions about where to leave the goods are needed.

Natural stone & porcelain tiles are heavy, therefore you may need to make arrangements to ensure that after delivery you are not left in any difficulties.
All deliveries are subcontracted to national pallet networks which involves central hubs, and independent local depots all over the country. Your delivery will be collected from our warehouse by the local network depot, your pallet will be transferred to the central hub and from there passed to the local depot that covers your locality; although we always pass on all special delivery requests and have agreements with the carriers that our customers are always informed in advance of their actual delivery, we do not take responsibility for any failures by the local hub to notify customers of any problems.
Orders received with bank clearance before 12.00 pm will be passed to the warehouse immediately and every effort to despatch the same day will be made - warehouse workload and sequence of priority (first in first processed) may affect the despatch.
All orders being processed as next day service will be subject to the same bank clearance and delivery processes - we will endeavour to ensure delivery takes place on the following working day after despatch.
Standard delivery orders will be delivered within 4 working days of despatch.
Please note: under normal circumstances, the haulage companies cannot specify exactly which day delivery will take place on until the pallet arrives at their local depot Note: you will be contacted by the haulier - usually one day prior to delivery.
If there is a problem at the time of delivery (you are not there, or your agent/builder is not there, especially after agreeing with the haulier to be in attendance) or you have not indicated your agreement for the delivery to be made in your/your agents absence, you may be charged for re-delivery.
To check the delivery charge to the destination of your order simply find the zone according to your postcode. Please note that these prices are per single pallet (depending on tile size and thickness pallet capacities vary).
If your order is 1 square metre or 1 full pallet, the charge will be the same. If your order requires more than one full pallet we reserve the right to contact you and advise of the additional costs.
For orders greater than 28 square metres and you would like to know exactly how many pallets you will require ask us we'll be glad to help you.

The delivery company that operates for the warehouse has had to increase charges as of 1st September - this is unavoidable due to the current major problems the UK is experiencing across all sectors of the haulage service providers, in particular the major problem of the shortage of HG drivers. Nonetheless, the high quality door to door service they provide, when delivering a heavy pallet of high quality tiles, arriving in first class condition, continues to offer great value for money.
For our part we do not use the delivery charges as a profit opportunity - the following charges are exactly what the hauliers charge for the delivery services.
